How to Book Chicago Wedding Makeup & Hair
Our 3-Step Booking Process
- Check Availability: Send us an email with your wedding date, location, and the number of people in your party. We typically respond within 24 hours to confirm our team’s availability.
- Access the Portal: Once availability is confirmed, you will be provided with a password to our secure online booking area. Here, you can review and sign your Wedding Service Agreement electronically.
- Secure Your Date: A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to fully lock in your wedding date on our calendar.

Booking Wedding Hair & Makeup FAQS
Do I need to do a makeup trial before I book?
We highly recommend a makeup trial (1.5–2 hours) to design a look tailored to your personality and wedding style. Many Brides book first, and do the trial at a later date. Some schedule a trial before booking. It’s up to you. Wedding makeup trial & Consultation are booked separately, and paid for at the time of service. Can I book you for makeup only?
Of course! Traci Fine, and associates, are available for wedding makeup only, as well as having a great team of experienced wedding hairstylists. Makeup artists do makeup. Hairstylists do hair. We specialize.
We are here for you, however you choose to structure your wedding beauty services!
What happens if my bridal party size changes after I book?
We understand that guest lists evolve. You can add services to your contract at any time, provided our team’s schedule allows for the extra time. However, please note that once the contract is signed, the initial number of services contracted cannot be reduced.
Do you have a backup plan for emergencies?
In the highly unlikely event of an emergency, Fine Makeup Art & Associates maintains a network of elite associate artists with 15+ years of experience. We ensure a seamless handoff of your trial notes and photos so your look is executed exactly as planned.
